CORNWALL: Journey Back Through Heaven Of Nature

On our way back home to London, we drove through some neighborhoods, such as Rock, Tintagel, Boscastle, Crackington Haven and Bude.

I would highly recommend that you drive through these towns - it is worth it to see their beauty!

POLZEATH: Surfing Classes

The reason for coming that far was also because I wanted to get some surfing classes.

We had booked a lesson for 2 hours with an instructor. I put on two wet suits, as the weather was cold and I assumed the water would be too! And yes, it took me a lot of effort to get into the water.

After 10 minutes, you forget about the coldness though, because I was focused on learning how to surf properly. When I came out of the water, I just realized how red my feet and hands were. I ended up making it twice on the board, which was a nice feeling. All in all, surfing is very physical and you should definitely not underestimate how tiring it can be even after 2 hours!

CORNWALL: Let’s Get A Bit Cornish

Cornwall is meanwhile one of my favourite coastal spots in England, as it is full of nature and has a beautiful beach and small pretty towns. It was impressive how every single restaurant was over booked in the evenings.

This taught us a lesson, and that’s why we ended up queuing very early for Rick Stein’s fish and chips. Apparently this is a premium restaurant and a must if you ever go to Cornwall.

Also, we had some fantastic Cornish ice cream, made with cow's milk, and was very enjoyable!

WILTSHIRE: A Ring Of Stones

On my 3-day trip to Cornwall, we did a quick stop at Stonehenge in Wiltshire, which is one of the most exciting things to see in the UK.

A bunch of huge stones are standing in a ring shape next to each other, protected by some security guys. The stones are unbelievably big and fascinating to look at it.
